Terms of Use
Last updated: 26 September 2026
These terms govern your use of nevoraeco.com, operated by Nevora Ecovolt Private Limited (“Nevora”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please do not use it.
These terms cover the website. They are not our supply contract. Any installation, maintenance or managed service we provide is governed by a separate signed agreement, and nothing here alters it.

This website describes our EV charging infrastructure services, offers free tools, and lets you send us an enquiry. Using it does not create a service contract and does not oblige us to provide anything.
2. Who may use this website
You must be 18 or older. If you are using the site for a housing society, association, developer or other organisation, you confirm you are authorised to act for it, and “you” in these terms means that organisation as well.
3. Information on this website
Specifications, timelines, standards references and illustrative figures are provided for general understanding. They are not an offer, a quotation or an engineering recommendation. Final system design, pricing and timelines are confirmed only in a written proposal issued after a site assessment, and only that proposal binds us.
4. Tools and calculators
The tools and calculators on this website, including the Risk Factor Assessor, give indicative reads. They are not engineering assessments.
They work from the answers and figures you supply. They cannot see your building. They know nothing about your actual wiring, the condition or loading of your transformer, your protection settings, your real demand profile, or anything else that determines what your installation will do.
Outputs are illustrative only. They must not be relied on for any electrical, safety, regulatory, financial or capital decision, and they are not a substitute for a site survey by a qualified engineer. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any decision taken on the basis of them.
Most of the tools run entirely in your browser, and what you enter stays there. The Risk Factor Assessor and the “Can I charge at my society?” check send your answers to us only when you choose to submit your details, and our Privacy Policy sets out what happens to them.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- submit false, misleading or third-party details through our forms;
- use our enquiry forms or email addresses to send unsolicited, automated or bulk messages;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its infrastructure, or any data on it;
- probe or test the site's security, or interfere with its availability for others;
- scrape or systematically extract content except as permitted by our robots.txt.
We may restrict or withdraw access where we reasonably believe this clause has been breached.
6. Intellectual property
The Nevora Ecovolt name and logo, the CORE branding, and the text, diagrams, models and design of this website belong to us or our licensors. You may read, print and share pages for your own evaluation, including circulating them within your society or organisation. You may not republish, resell or adapt them commercially without our written permission.
Names of other companies and their trade marks appear on this site only to identify them and remain their property.
7. Third-party links
We link to regulations, standards and third-party sources so you can check what we say. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or availability. A link is not an endorsement.
8. Warranties and limitation of liability
This website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data, arising from your use of this website or of anything on it, including its modelling tools.
Our total aggregate liability arising from your use of this website is limited to ₹10,000.
Nothing in this clause limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. This clause limits liability arising from the website. It does not limit our obligations under a signed supply, installation or maintenance agreement, which are governed by that agreement.
9. Governing law, jurisdiction and disputes
These terms and any dispute arising from them or from your use of this website are governed by the laws of India.
The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction, and you agree not to object to that forum as inconvenient.
Where the dispute is a commercial one — between us and a housing society, association, developer or other business — the parties will first attempt to resolve it in good faith within 30 days of written notice. Failing that, it will be referred to arbitration by a sole arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996, seated at Bengaluru, Karnataka, conducted in English. The award is final and binding.
If you are a consumer, nothing in this clause takes away your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 2019. You may bring a complaint before the consumer forum having jurisdiction where you reside or work, and you are not required to arbitrate. We state this plainly because a clause purporting to remove those rights would not be enforceable against you, and you should not be misled into thinking otherwise.
10. Indemnity
If you use this website in breach of the acceptable-use clause, or in breach of any law, you will indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising directly from that. This does not apply to a consumer acting outside the course of a business.
11. General
Severability. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it is limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the rest continues in force.
No waiver. If we do not enforce a right, that is not a waiver of it.
Entire agreement. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between us about this website. They do not affect any separately signed contract between us.
Force majeure. We are not liable for failure to make the site available because of events beyond our reasonable control, including power or network failure and acts of a public authority.
Assignment. You may not assign your rights under these terms. We may assign ours on a reorganisation or transfer of the business, on notice.
Changes. We may revise these terms. Changes are not retrospective, and the version on this page governs from the date shown at the top.
